TERMS OF SERVICE Last updated: April 7, 2026 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You agree that registration information is accurate and that you will keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. 2. THE SERVICE The Service allows people to create profiles, discover others, chat, broadcast or join live experiences, send virtual gifts or tokens, and use other social features we may offer. Features may change; we may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice when practicable. 3. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to: harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against others; share sexually explicit material of others without consent; promote illegal activity; impersonate any person or entity; scrape, data-mine, or automate access except as we expressly allow; interfere with the Service or other users’ devices; circumvent security or payment systems; solicit passwords, financial data, or sensitive personal data from others; or use the Service for spam, fraud, or deceptive practices. 4. USER CONTENT You retain rights in content you submit (“User Content”), but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display User Content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights needed to grant this license. We may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. 5. VIRTUAL ITEMS, GIFTS, AND EARNINGS Virtual currency, gifts, or similar digital items have no real-world cash value except where we expressly provide a redemption or payout program subject to separate rules. Purchases may be non-refundable except as required by law or store policies. Any earnings, payouts, or withdrawal features are described in-app and may be subject to verification, taxes, minimum thresholds, fees, and compliance checks. We may adjust economics to prevent abuse or fraud. 6. LIVE VIDEO, AUDIO, AND CALLS You are solely responsible for your conduct during live sessions or calls. Do not stream illegal content, minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or dangerous activities. Others may report violations. We do not guarantee monitoring of every session. Recording or redistribution of another person’s stream without permission may violate law or these Terms. 7. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT We may review reports, use automated tools, and take action including warnings, feature limits, suspension, or permanent termination. We are not obligated to pre-screen content. Decisions may be made to protect users and the integrity of the Service. 8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The Service may link to or integrate third parties (e.g., sign-in, payments, analytics). Their terms and privacy notices apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services. 9. DISCLAIMERS THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). 11. INDEMNITY You will defend and hold harmless us and our affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law. 12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is organized, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. 13. CHANGES We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account where available. 14.
