HOST / CREATOR TERMS
Last updated: April 7, 2026
These Host Terms supplement the general Terms of Service for users who broadcast, host rooms, receive virtual gifts, or participate in monetization features as a “Host.” Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meaning in the Terms of Service.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Hosts must meet all platform requirements, including minimum age and any verification steps. We may reject or revoke Host status for compliance or quality reasons.
2. CONDUCT
Hosts agree to follow community guidelines during live sessions, avoid misleading viewers about identity or promotions, disclose sponsored segments where required by law, and not encourage illegal or unsafe behavior.
3. VIRTUAL GIFTS AND REVENUE SHARE
Virtual gifts or tips may be subject to platform fees, taxes, withholding, and currency conversion. Payout schedules, thresholds, and eligibility are described in-app and may change. We may hold or reverse payouts if we detect fraud, chargebacks, or violations.
4. TAXES AND COMPLIANCE
Hosts are responsible for their own taxes and for providing accurate payout information. We may request tax or identity documents as required by law.
5. CONTENT AND LICENSE
Hosts grant the platform the rights necessary to distribute and promote their live and recorded content as described in the main Terms.
6. TERMINATION
We may suspend Host features independently of the rest of the Service. Upon termination, unused pending payouts may be processed according to in-app rules unless withheld for investigation.
7. CONTACT
Host or payout questions: use the support contact provided in the Service or on our website.
